Printable cards, envelopes and box templates

Cut-and-fold templates with clear cutting and folding lines, for study, stationery, gifts and geometry lessons.

Popular sheets

These templates turn plain paper or card into useful things: revision flashcards and index cards, labels and gift tags, envelopes for handmade cards, and boxes and 3D shapes. Solid lines are for cutting and dashed lines are for folding, and every template is drawn at true size.

Print on card stock for anything that needs to stand up or last. Where a template is larger than the paper, it is scaled down and a note says so; choose a bigger paper size for full size.

Flashcards come ten or twelve to a page, sized to fill the sheet, or as true-size 3 × 5 and 4 × 6 inch index cards. Labels and gift tags are laid out in rows with dashed guides for a guillotine or craft knife. Envelope templates cover the common invitation and letter sizes in both US and ISO standards, and the box nets build a cube, a square pyramid or a triangular prism with glue tabs on alternate edges.

Teachers use the nets to show how flat faces fold into solids, and the flashcards for vocabulary and times-table practice; at home they are just as useful for wrapping small gifts, labelling jars and storage boxes, and making matching envelopes for handmade cards.

Frequently asked questions

What paper should I use?

Card of about 160 to 250 g/m² for boxes, tags and flashcards; normal paper is fine for envelopes from patterned paper.

Will these fit commercial label sheets?

They are designed for cutting from plain paper. Label sheet layouts vary by manufacturer, so check yours before printing on them.

How do I get crisp folds?

Score the dashed lines with a blunt knife or an empty ballpoint pen against a ruler before folding.

Are the sizes exact?

Yes, at 100% / Actual size. Calibrate your printer if it scales slightly.
