A month at a glance
A printed monthly calendar is still one of the simplest ways to see what is coming: birthdays, school terms, bin days, appointments and deadlines, all on one page on the fridge or in a binder. This generator draws an accurate month for any year, with large boxes to write in and a clear title.
Options
Month and year. Choose a single month or the whole year as a 12-page PDF. Every month is calculated, not copied from a template, so the first of the month always falls on the right day.
First day of the week. Sunday or Monday. US Letter defaults to Sunday and A4 to Monday, matching common use, but you can change either.
Week numbers. Turn on ISO week numbers to print them in a narrow column at the left of each week.
Writing lines. Add one to six faint lines in each day box for neat notes.
Holidays. Mark US federal holidays or UK bank holidays for England and Wales, calculated for the year you choose, including observed and substitute days. See the 2027 calendar with holidays.
Your events. Type birthdays, appointments and deadlines, one per line, and they print in the right boxes. A date without a year, such as 03-14, repeats every year.
Undated. A blank calendar with no dates, for any month.

Frequently asked questions
Can I print a calendar for any year?
Yes, any year from 1900 to 2200. The days are worked out with the Gregorian calendar, so leap years such as 2028 get 29 days in February automatically.
How do I get all twelve months?
Choose All 12 months in the month list. The PDF then has twelve pages, January to December, each bookmarked by month name so you can jump straight to one.
Should my week start on Sunday or Monday?
In the US and Canada calendars usually start on Sunday; in the UK, Europe and much of the world they start on Monday, which is also the ISO 8601 standard. Pick whichever you are used to.
What are ISO week numbers?
Week numbers count the weeks of the year from 1 to 52 or 53. Under ISO 8601, week 1 is the week that contains the first Thursday of the year, so 1 January 2027, a Friday, belongs to week 53 of 2026. They are common in European workplaces and schools.
Can I add lines for writing in each day?
Yes. Note lines in each day adds up to six faint lines per box for appointments and reminders.
Can I print a calendar with holidays?
Yes. Under Holidays, choose US federal holidays or UK bank holidays (England and Wales). They are worked out from the official rules for any year, and a holiday that falls on a weekend is also shown on the day it is observed.
Can I type events into the calendar before printing?
Yes. Under Your events, type one per line: 2027-03-14 Dentist for a single date, or 03-14 Birthday to repeat every year. They print in the day boxes and are saved in the share link.
Is there a blank calendar without dates?
Yes. Choose Undated in the month list for six empty weeks under the day names, with lines to write the month and year. The blank calendar page has it ready.
Which paper orientation is best?
Landscape gives wide, short day boxes like a wall calendar; portrait gives taller boxes that suit planner binders. Both use the full page.
