PrintablePapers is an independent website that makes printable paper on demand: graph, dot and lined paper, handwriting and calligraphy guides, calendars and planners, maths worksheets, puzzles, craft grids and digital paper for tablets. Every sheet is free to download, in any size, without an account or an email address.
What makes it different
Most printable paper online is a fixed PDF someone drew once. Here, every sheet is generated on the spot from exact measurements. That means any spacing on any paper size, grids that end on whole squares instead of a half row, small vector files that stay sharp at any zoom, and settings you can change before you print.
How we make sure it prints true to size
- Measured geometry. Lines are placed to a thousandth of a millimetre, and each PDF tells your viewer not to scale it.
- Automated tests. Every paper type is checked by tests that measure the generated files, so a quarter-inch grid is still a quarter inch after every change.
- Printer calibration. If your printer runs slightly large or small, the free calibration measures it once and corrects every future download.
- Open method. The methodology page explains the geometry, the PDF writer and the tests in detail.
How we check what we publish
Our guides list the sources their facts were checked against and when they were last reviewed. Figures on the pages, such as how many lines fit on a sheet or how big a cell is, are calculated by the same code that draws the PDF, so the description and the download always agree.
