A ready-made thanksgiving puzzle
This printable has 17 words hidden across, down and diagonally in a 14 × 14 grid, with the word list underneath and an answer page at the back of the PDF. It suits November. In the US, Thanksgiving falls on the fourth Thursday of November, which in 2026 is 26 November and in 2027 is 25 November.
Something for every age at the table
Choose Easy, for kids for the children’s table, with every word across or down. The default adds diagonal words for older children, and Hard adds backwards words such as LEFTOVERS and CORNBREAD for teenagers and adults waiting for the turkey.
