The year at a glance
A one-page calendar is for overview rather than detail: seeing a whole year’s weekends, planning trips around school holidays, counting the weeks to a deadline or spotting long weekends. With all twelve months side by side, 2028 fits on one landscape sheet you can pin up, fold into a planner or keep on a desk.
Planning ahead
Calendars for future years are useful sooner than you might think: booking venues, planning a wedding or a sabbatical, setting multi-year project milestones in a Gantt chart, or agreeing family holidays well in advance. Because 2028 is a leap year, any date after February falls one weekday later than it would in a normal year, so it’s worth checking days on the right calendar.
Layout
Choose Sunday-start weeks for the common US layout or Monday-start with ISO week numbers for Europe and many workplaces. The large format variation prints the same calendar on Tabloid (11 × 17 inch) paper for a wall planner; A3 works the same way.
Printing
Print in landscape at 100% / Actual size. Use highlighters for different kinds of events: one colour for holidays, one for work deadlines, one for birthdays.
